Delete your MedTrack account
This page explains how to request account deletion and what data is deleted or retained.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to privacy@medtrack.app from your registered MedTrack email address.
- Use the subject line: Delete My MedTrack Account.
- Include your full name and registered email in the message body.
We may request additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
What data is deleted
- Profile data (name, email, avatar).
- Medication plans, schedules, reminders, and cabinet entries.
- Dose logs, adherence history, and family workspace associations.
- Subscription metadata linked directly to your account identity.
What may be retained
- Minimal billing/transaction records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
- Security logs and abuse-prevention records for up to 30 days after deletion request completion.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.
Deletion timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. Backup systems may take up to 30 additional days to fully expire deleted data.
